Newsletter 1 – October 2017

Dear Parents,

We have all settled back into school at this stage. I wish to thank you all for your co-operation in getting the necessary school books for your children that were required this year. Core texts are available as usual for rental under our Book Rental Scheme.
A special thanks to Geraldine Rodgers for having the school spotless and shining on our return to school. To help us keep it this way, please ensure your child has slippers to change into during the school day.

School Calendar for the Year

School Closures
Halloween Mid-Term Break: closed from Mon 30th Oct to Fri 3rd Nov. Halloween Holidays on Oct 27th, back to school Nov.6th.

Christmas Holidays: school is closed from Mon 25th Dec to Fri 5th Jan. Christmas holidays on Dec 22nd and school reopens Jan 8th 2018.

February Mid-Term Break: School closed on Thurs & Fri 15th & 16th Feb.

March: St. Patrick’s Bank Holiday – school closed Bank Holiday Monday March 19th.

Easter Holidays: school is closed from Mar 26th to April 6th. Easter holidays on Mar 23rd. school reopens April 9th.

May Bank Holiday: School closed Bank Holiday Mon May 7th

June Bank Holiday: School closed Fri June 1st and Mon June 4th.

Last day of school for the school year June 26th 2018.
